Value for money without compromising on expertise
We believe in transparency and clarity on costs, where we are able to determine our fees. After your initial free consultation, we will provide you with an assessment of the fees. We aim to minimise any possible surprises and there are no hidden costs.
Where possible, we operate on a fixed fee basis and will agree the fee with you in advance, depending on the input you need from us.
This provides you with certainty that it will not cost you anymore than agreed and allows us to concentrate upon the task of obtaining a successful outcome on your behalf.
Flexible around your needs – depending on the matter
In complex cases, cases where there are too many unknowns, work outside of the original scope or for those requiring our highest possible level of service, we also carry out work on an hourly basis. In those cases, we will provide a very clear estimate of costs from the start and will keep you updated of the costs.
You will need to fund your legal fees privately. This allows us to provide the best possible level of representation and to secure the best outcomes for our clients. We are not able to undertake work on a legal aid basis.
